Why can't I get the Facebook Publicize feature to work?

    Hello. I have repeatedly tried to enable publicizing my WordPress posts to my Facebook account, following the directions on the Publicize support page. In spite of the fact that my sharing options says that Facebook is connected and there is an option to publicize to Facebook that appears when I create a new post, clicking this option does not result in the post appearing on my Facebook page. I have disconnected and reconnected to Facebook multiple times and also tried publicizing different posts, with no effect. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi Scott,

    Can you walk me through how you’re connecting to Facebook? Are you going to your Dashboard > Settings > Sharing page and clicking on “Connect to Facebook”?

    Additionally, I only see you have only one blog post on your account. In order for Publicize to become fully active, you will need to publish a new post to your blog after connecting to Facebook.

    If you still come across this issue after following all these steps, please let us know!
