I cant get the original theme to work

I will def go crazy soon. Nothing is working like it should. I addet the new theme Quintus, with two different layout options. I switched to the brown tones, but I can only see it for a half second, before it switches back to the other opt. Also, I have trouble with the font sizes. They dont respond when I change the size on them in the css. What worse is: why cant we get an option wich allows us to go back and use default css for the theme? The codes has been blendet all together with prev themes I have used.
Can someone please give me the default css for that theme?

To return to the original CSS, go to the CSS edit page, delete all CSS in the window, make sure “add to existing…” is selected and then click “save stylesheet.”
If you had previously customized the CSS on another theme before switching to another one, but had not deleted that other CSS, that is likely what is causing your issues. CSS is theme specific.
