I can't get to the main topic page so I can add a new blogpost. What must I do?

  I’m trying to find a “blank” page to enter a new subject header and blog post. I can’t figure out where it’s supposed to go. Can you help me figure out how this works?

  You can create new posts by visiting Posts → Add New on your dashboard, but if you need more help with the dashboard in general, I strongly recommend our guide to WordPress.com, on http://learn.wordpress.com
