I cant get wordpress to work and i have no idea why

  my gator is up and running, but when I go to wordpress.com and after I log in I don’t see nothing that can help me work on a new web site

  Hi,

  Can you tell us what’s the address of your new site? You said your ‘gator’ is up and running. Assuming that you were referring to Hostgator, that would actually be a self-hosted WordPress.org site that’s completely different from your WordPress.com account/site. On WordPress.com, http://libertystarprimitivesdotcom.wordpress.com/ is the only site you have.

  Please note that you can install and activate a plugin called Jetpack (get it from http://jetpack.me ) on your self-hosted WordPress.org site and connect it to your WordPress.com account. That way, you can log into your WordPress.com account and manage your self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following article that details the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

  With Jetpack plugin installed and connected to your WordPress.com account, you can post to your self-hosted WordPress.org site from WordPress.com.
