I can’t go to my dashboard because WordPress doesn’t show my live domain.

  I launched a new site through wordpress which you can access through any browser (www.thesoberwidow.com). However, I logged in to write a new post and I can’t get to my dashboard because wordpress tells me I don’t have any live sites or domains. Please help!

  Are you getting a specific error? Have you tried to reset your password?

  yes, see the attached photo of the error message. I logged out and back in to no avail.

  i just changed my password and that didn’t help.

  This can happen when you are not logged into the correct username account. Since you recently purchased an upgrade or domain, try logging out and then logging back in with the email address where WordPress.com sent your receipt to you. Make sure you are logged out of this account (lisafama) first.
