  I am trying to import my wix site –> https://www.prosperlaw.com.au/ but it just keeps timing out? Can you please help

  We’ve been having some Wix users having trouble importing their sites to WordPress.com. Can you let us know the exact error message you get (if you get one) so we can pass that along to the team working on fixing this?

  Thats frustrating, there is no error, it just goes through to a white screen and then when i go back it says ‘there has been a problem importing your site’. Is there anything I can do to import the site?

  I’m sorry for the frustration, and I’ve passed this on to our developers to take a look.

  At the moment, folks do have some success eventually, making this difficult to track down. So you’re welcome to try repeatedly, of course, but we’ll let you know when we have a fix if you’d like to wait.
