I can’t import my wix site to wordpress

  I have a domain that I purchased at wix, I didn’t connected this domain with a plan. So, what do I need to do/pay at WordPress? Not the domain but a plan, is that correct?
  Also, at Wix is super easy to drag and drop from already made templates, I am new at WP and I would like to make a site from a WP template? Is there any way I could do this here like I did at Wix? Thanks!
