I cant import without losing all formatting and themes

  I recently created a new blog on wordpress.org. It is on my mac as in a local host file. I tried to import this directly from wordpress.org but lost all formatting, themes and forms etc. I then tried to import and SQL fine this wasn’t accessible. I do not know about coding etc I am very much a beginner

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
