  hi there, i cant upolad any files as an import .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  To allow us to assist you better, could you provide a more specific example of what you are trying to import? Is it a photo, or files from another blog?

  Here is the support page information about importing blogs from other services: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  And, here is the page about images: https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/

  Keep in mind that there is a file size limit for uploading or importing images and other files. You may be having an issue related to file size.

  Please provide more details so we can figure this out with you.

  Hi there,

  It looks like the importer on your site is stuck, so I’ve reset it for you. You should be able to import a new file now.
