i can't install a plugin

    this is the error messages that comes every time

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    what can i do, I’m on mac and the file isn’t .zip its .php

    Hi karikyon,
    This sounds like a hosting problem. I noticed your site is hosted with BlueHost so if I were you, I would contact them first.
