I Can't install Adsense Plugin

When i click at PlugIn i get some links Ecwid , Gumroad and Shopify which are untouchable and active. you can’t change that.
I got the Ad Code from Adsense but i can’t use a Adsense Plugin
What should i do, it is so complicated.

Those plugins are exclusively for the use of blogs with Business upgrades. There is not FTP access and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.
No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
