i cant install or upload woocomerce

    im trying to install woocomerce but i cant…neither can upload it what should i do?
    ERROR:Installation failed: Could not copy file. woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-blocks/assets/js/base/utils/derive-selected-shipping-rates.js
