  Hi WordPress Support,

  I would like to ask why I can’t install and upload free plugins to my WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  In order to install plugins you need to upgrade to the Business plan. Once you have upgraded you can follow this guide: Installing and using plugins.
