i can’t install the theme i have purchased

  Hey i have created my portfolio 2 years on wordpress. due to some reasons, i forgot to renew my domain and the website is down. i’m trying to create everything from scratch. but it doesn’t me install the themes i had 2 years for some reason. i tired drag and drop the zip file to install the theme but it doesn’t let me.
  please assist me on how can i install my custom theme

  You do need either a Business or eCommerce plan to use third-party themes: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  With that said, we do have hundreds of themes available, no paid plan required: https://wordpress.com/themes
