  Why can’t I install a theme demo on my website? When I try to upload I have to pay for some subscription I don’t want.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes available for a site with a free plan are found at https://wordpress.com/themes
  Any other theme you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software. They can be used here at WordPress.com by upgrading to a Business plan.
