  why i don’t have install theme button?

  Because you have a WordPress.COM blog, not a WP.ORG blog. External themes cannot be installed on blogs here. Ask for your money back.

  Thanks! You think if I will pay for “upgrade to pro” I will be able to upload the theme? or I just spent 45 dollars on theme and 24 dollars on domain name for nothing

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this at all.

  Buying a domain name is never a bad idea, but you didn’t have to pay $24 for it. You can buy a custom domain name and mapping here for $18.
