i can’t install wordpress.. please help

  after uplosding wordpress, i followed the instructions related to going to my website address/wp-admin/install.php and recieved the following error…:

  Warning: require_once(./includes/upgrade.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/etbu/public_html/ebfitness/wp-admin/install.php on line 10

  Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘./includes/upgrade.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/etbu/public_html/ebfitness/wp-admin/install.php on line 10

  Can anyone help me solve the problem so that i may continue setting up my blog?

  You are in the wrong forum and need to be over at WordPress.org, not here at WordPress.com. The two types of software work differently, as explained here:
