I can't "like" anything

  In the last couple of days, my notifications will not load. A spinning circle will just sit there spinning. And I cannot “like” anything. I can comment, and sites recognize me. When I try to like a post, a pop-up comes up for a millisecond and I cannot see it.

  Any ideas?
