You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and associated email address that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew any upgrades.

The sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who purchased the upgrades for the blog. That blog owner can update credit card information at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

My autorenew for domain mapping has failed; my credit card number has changed. I received an email with a button that says “Renew Domain Mapping.” When I click on this it takes me to the My Upgrades section of the store, yet there is absolutely no way to pay or update my credit card information. I’ve spent over a half hour trying to pay for my domain mapping, searching everywhere in wordpress, yet there is no way to renew. Help.

Hi @jmoody1,
As Timethief mentioned, you will need to be logged in under the same account that originally purchased the upgrade. Currently, that upgrade is not owned under the account you’re writing from. Can you login as the other user on the blog (or ask them to login) to renew the upgrade here?

Thank you timethief and Jeremy. Due to your input I finally got it sorted. Needed to login as the other user on the account, which is where I purchased the upgrade.
