I can’t locate the “Upgrade” button on admin panel to update my account plan.

I am trying to upgrade my monthly wordpress plan to an annual plan, but I cannot find where to upgrade from my admin panel. There is nothing remotely close on the entire panel pointing me to where I can upgrade. Any help would be much appreciated.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://cookdocs.com

You must contact your hosting support.

What I mean is that I currently pay $40/month for the WordPress creator plan. I want to upgrade to pay the $300 annual plan instead of paying monthly. How do I do this from wordpress? I can’t imagine that my wordpress payment plan is paid through godaddy, but correct me if I’m wrong.

@arthernunez I noticed you’ve successfully set up the yearly plan! If you require assistance with migrating your site to WordPress.com, feel free to reach out via the Help Center: https://wordpress.com/help.

I didn’t manage to do this yet. How do I view my plan details. I have set it up for mybeautyinsight.com , not cookdocs.com (which is the one I would like to set it up for now).

  • Hi @arthernunez – right now it looks like you own the domain “mybeautyinsight.com” with GoDaddy. I don’t yet see a site there.

My first questions is have you created a site for “mybeautyinsight.com” yet, or are you just getting started with that? This will be important for us to understand.

I ask because if you are just getting started, you do have the option of building this site here using the creator plan you recently purchased, and we can help you make the connection between your domain at GoDaddy to our servers here.

Again, understanding where you are in the website creation and launch process will help inform us on helping you move forward in the best possible way. Feel free to start a chat with us for more real time support from us, or you can reply to this topic. Talk soon. :)

I realize now that I don’t own cookdocs under this account, but with my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) or [redacted]. CookDocs has been up and running for about two months now, but on the monthly plan. I want to upgrade this to the same package, but the annual payment plan. Beauty insight is a completely different website that should be disregarded for the purpose of this conversation. Thank you for your help!

  • @arthernunez – I see now. Thank you for clarifying. :)

Beauty insight is a completely different website that should be disregarded for the purpose of this conversation.

Just remember that when you need help for CookDocs you will have to make that request through the account that owns the site. That will be very important.

Here is what you will need to do next:

    1. Log into your account which owns CookDocs.
    2. Once you are logged in, chat or email us from here. Again it is very important you are logged in as the owner of CookDocs when you interact with us.

Once you are logged into the correct account and working with us, we can help you get that monthly Creator plan switched over to annual, and anything else you need at that time.

Lastly, and even more important, never share your login information anywhere. Especially in a public support forum. I strongly recommend updating your password as soon as possible. Here’s some help for that if you’d like.
