I can't log in

I can log into my account my clicking the link sent to my email. But when I try to add a theme it asks me to log in again – and it says both my username and email address are not recognised!

Hello, I cannot login to my business site. I have been trying to find away to contact support for 2 weeks and I am so frustrated! Is there anyway on this site, yes I will pay for it! to retrieve my login credentials. I can see my BLANK page but cannot login to EDIT. There can be no question about your security because even owners cannot login!

@thebabyflow Have you tried logging in from a different browser? Often times weird password and username issues come from cookie issues with your browser. I am not staff so I can’t see any of your site details, but I would try a different browser first then go from there if it doesn’t solve the issue.
@spankhurst It’s best to not comment your own issues on someone else’s post, as that will not get you the answer you need for your own situation. Can you please repost your question in your own thread, and from there you can get help that fits your need. You can tag the thread “modlook” so that a staff member can offer specific help with your account.
