I can’t log in

    My user name is ‘hyeyoon’
    I lose the password but I could’t receive any email for reset password.
    I guess it was a problem I signed-up a new account with same e-mail. ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
    I wanna recover my old account (user name = hyeyoon)
    help me plz asap

    I guess it was a problem I signed-up a new account with same e-mail.

    We require each account to use a unique email address, which means it isn’t possible to use the same email address for more than one account.

    The email address you mentioned is connected to the mayoon521 account you are contacting us from.
