I cant log in

  I can’t gain access to my site. When I try to log in as troilusmoss, it tells me that I am logged in as troilusmoss6c83a95cb0… I don’t understand why this is happening
  The system keeps telling me to prove I am me. Well I have all of my information and pics of me on my site so I don’t understand why I can’t access my troilusmoss username all of a sudden

  This might be an issue with your browser. Sign out of the troilusmoss6c83a95cb0 user account and then clear your browser cache.

  Solve common browser issues

  Afterwards, sign back in by typing troilusmoss in to the username field. Let me know how that works out. You could also just try using a different browser all together to get signed in correctly.

  Hi there,

  The troilusmoss username was deleted back on 5/19 through the name change tool. Do you remember changing the username to something else?
