  I just logged in and it says that I dont have any sites. However I have purchased a domain 4 months ago for a whole year. The domain is renouveaumedia.com

  Hi, it sounds like you somehow created a new account instead of logging into the one you have already. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
