I can't log in because I lost my backup codes.

    please help me. I can’t log in because I lost my backup codes. And also my number phone that configured with wp is wrong. So I can’t receive verification code via SMS. I had 2 step authentication and I want to delete it. The blog I need help with is juwitasitorus.wordpress.com

    If you can’t receive verification codes via SMS and you don’t have the backup codes for two-step authentication, you will have to fill out the Account Recovery Form. Include as much information as you can and then be patient while waiting for staff to contact you via email. Link to the form is at the bottom of the support doc.
