i can't log in into my wordpress.org blog

please any on help me just this evening, i was try to write some article and the make a post and as i was about to log in into my blog admin panel. This is what it tells me:

and i even went ahead to put in my username and password to see if it will respond but it didn’t it just tells me warning please help. does that mean that my site is gone? pls help my e-mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
