I can’t log in my admin account, just redirects me to same homepage

    Hi! I’m having problems logging in my company wordpress dashboard. Can I get help on how to fix the root cause?

    – It just redirects me to the same log in page
    – During times when I’m able to get in, edits I do in article doesn’t reflect
    – I noticed that a ‘Sorry, no data so far’ appears on popular posts on the side when this bug appears.

    I did clear my cache but issue still persists. Thanks in advance!

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    The annadominiquee account you’re using to post here has never owned any sites on WordPress.com, so your site is either under a different WordPress.com account, or using WordPress at another hosting provider.

    If we know the URL, we can tell you which it is and what you need to do to regain access.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
