  whenever I try to log in to the site dashboard I receive this message!!

  There has been a critical error on this website.

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is hosted by SiteGround Hosting Ltd, therefore, and uses WordPress software (from WordPress.org).

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
