Your login page is here: https://www.jasminephoenix.com.au/wordpress/wp-login.php
It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site. This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!

Thanks so much for your help!
I just tried, it doesn’t seem there is any support forum under wordpress.org. fortum.
what is the exact difference between these two?

The one is software you install on a web host, which is what you have. WordPress.com is the host you are contacting. The link I gave explains it well. The support forum if you have questions about how to manage your site is here: https://wordpress.org/support/ You probably need to sign up for an account to post.

Thanks so much for your help!
But somehow I am able to sign in the WordPress.com support forum, but not the wordpress.org support forum.
I am really frustrated.

You registered an account on WordPress.com to use Jetpack and WooCommerce plugins. You didn’t know that WordPress.org was the source for the software, so you’ve not signed up there yet. This is common! Just sign up to post if you need more help.
The logins for your site (which is standalone and has its own user database), WordPress.com, and WordPress.org are not shared at all. You need to register for each separately.
This page is helpful to learn how to reset a password for your site: https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
Hope this all helps to clarify.
