I can’t log in to my account

I’ve tried to send a reset link to these two emails
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)But I’m told that no account is associated with those emails.
Now I have no idea what to do. I can’t think of any other email addresses. What am I doing wrong?
I can get into one of my WordPress accounts that’s linked to the domain rdotk.co.uk. But for some reason I can’t access wearebullseyemotion.com
