I can’t log in to my account!

  I’ve been trying to get into my account for my non-profit organization but it tells me my password is wrong. I’ve logged in plenty of times using it before and it suddenly won’t accept it. I tried on my laptop and on my phone in 2 different browsers, it worked once in safari but logged me out the next day and wouldn’t let me back in. I tried resetting it many times and it won’t accept it. I also used the account recovery form, it told me to try resetting my password again then fill out the form if that didn’t work, it didn’t so I went back to the form only for it to tell me that my website isn’t part of wordpress. I can’t find how to recover my account via sms and I’m not sure how to contact anyone to get help. I created an account through google and got to this lil contact us form! Please help!
