  This is my free account. My paid account, i cannot log in to, and the site is down. Please help!

  What is the site address on the paid account? I’ll be happy to send a note to the email address connected to it. This will help you track down the credentials.

  Otherwise, you can use the account recovery form with your payment details to regain access.

  i cannot log in to the site. I have lost my credentials and of all the others that have helped me to create it, none of them can help either.

  Can you send a note to the email address connected to it. I’m hoping this will help me track down the credentials.
