  Your account hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites yet, which suggests the one you need help with may not be hosted with us.

  If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please try adding /wp-admin/ to the end of your site address, to reach the login page. For example, http://example.com/wp-admin/. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post for advice if that doesn’t work.

  If you aren’t sure where the site hosted, just send a link to the site and I can check on that for you.
