I cant log in to my account. User name is Hazel. Password reset email not sent.

  Hi,

  My URL is http://www.schrav.com and user name: Hazel

  My password is not being accepted to log in to WordPress.

  When I try to reset it, I don’t receive the email. It also has said today that it doesn’t recognise my email address.
