Hi there! It sounds like you are being locked out by a Captcha or Security plugin that has gone a bit haywire. When a site tells you that a correct math answer is ‘wrong,’ it usually isn’t about your math skills—it’s almost always a caching issue. Your browser is likely showing you an old ‘math problem’ while the server has already generated a new one, creating a mismatch that causes the login to fail every time.To fix this and get back into onceuponatimevintagecards.com, I recommend trying to log in using an Incognito or Private browser window first; this bypasses the cache and should give you a ‘fresh’ math problem that works. If that doesn’t do the trick, you will need to log in via FTP or your Hosting File Manager, navigate to wp-content/plugins, and temporarily rename the folder of your security plugin (like Wordfence, WP Cerber, or Math Quiz) by adding _old to the end of the name. This will force-disable the plugin and allow you to log in normally. Once you’re back in, you can rename the folder back and reset the plugin settings!

Thanks James! I tried logging in on an incognito page and it is still not letting me log in saying it is an incorrect password!

That definitely narrows it down! Since the math problem is no longer ‘wrong’ but your password is still being rejected in Incognito, it sounds like the security plugin might have blocked your IP address or is interfering with the password authentication itself.Since you can’t get past the login screen, your best bet now is to bypass the plugin entirely by using your hosting account’s File Manager (usually found in your hosting cPanel or dashboard). Navigate to the folder wp-content/plugins/ and find the folder for your security plugin—it will likely be named something like wordfence, wp-cerber, or sucuri-scanner. Rename that folder to something like security-off; this effectively disables the plugin and its login restrictions instantly. Once you do that, try logging in again with your standard password. If it still fails, you can then safely use the ‘Lost your password?’ link, knowing that the security plugin won’t block the reset email or the process!
