I CANT LOG IN TO MY WEBSITE

    I have tried to reset my password several times in the past three weeks. Please help me as this is affecting my business. jusacandle.com

    Hi there:

    I think there might be some confusion here as you have two different “WordPress” logins:

    1. Your login for your WordPress website jusacandle.com – typically you would find that login form at jusacandle.com/wp-login.php if your site was online.
    2. Your WordPress.com user account login which is what you’re using to post to our free support forum. This is a different login than the one you use to log into and manage your website.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    Looking at your WordPress.com user account – that is the account you keep resetting the password on, which is not going to have any impact on your website login.

    However, it appears that your website is down at the moment so you should reach out to your hosting provider ASAP to get your site back online. Your host should be able to help you reset your login password at the same time.
