I can't log in to WordPress.

  I am working with a company and we are trying to fix a WordPress site that takes very long to load. First we tried removing and updating some plug-ins and then we updated WordPress. I am still having trouble logging on to the company’s WordPress page.

  What can be the problem? Why can’t I log in to my company’s WordPress page? It is taking a very long time for it to load.

  Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. You are confusing WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   No, I am referring to a WordPress.com page. Yes, I am a blogger, but I am talking about a different page and a different account I am using. I am using WordPress.com.

  I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

  If I do share the link, will it be possible to delete this thread so the post is not up forever? I don’t want the web site being shown on this thread the entire time. So if I can post the link and then delete it after the problem is resolved, I might be able to do that.
