I can't log in. Without the backup code two step authentication

I’m having trouble logging in to my wordpress account.
I enabled the authentication of two steps, however, changed my phone and I’m not getting more access the blog. And to make matters worse I lost my backup codes. And when I ask to send the SMS code I get nothing, perhaps because it has not set any number.

Hi there. I’m afraid the only option that’s left is the Account Recovery form. Fill that out, and then wait for the account recovery staff to contact you via email. Be aware that it might take a while.

So, I’ve done this procedure, but no return. And also no longer have the backup codes. Is there any way to recover these codes?

After filling out the form you have to wait. It’s long weekend, so it could take a few days.
There’s no way to recover those codes. They were generated when you first set up two-step verification. The codes generated for you were unique and there’s no way for anyone else to know what those codes were. That’s why the instructions said to print them out and keep them safe. Not even staff here can recover those codes.
