I’m having a similar problem that I see that was reported before
“Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.”
The site is old and I don’t have the authentication code. I believe the account was associated with my (email visible only to moderators and staff) but somehow when I try to reset the password, it redirects to another site bluearis722140872.wordpress.com (I also own the URL). I need to retrieve the old site, as I need to access my old blogs that I wrote on https://eddy124.wordpress.com/
I see that this was reported by another user has also reported this problem a few years back https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-cant-log-in-to-my-wordpress-account/. I’m having similar problem. Please help. Many Thanks

i need to renew my account. I tried to log in and i couldn’t remeber password or account name. So i entered my email address and created a new password. Then when I log in it states that I need to build my web page. I already have a website through word press!!! I am getting very frustrated and DO NOT want to loose my presence or my website. I need to SPEAK to someone to find out what to do and how to handle before MAY !st!!!!
