    My user name is ladylex and every time I try to log in it won’t let me. I was good for the past 2 years and now nothing. Every log in it sends me out. It won’t even send me an email for confirmation to either (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) moveamolehillcom is a mistake I made trying to get this going. Is there a real live person somewhere?

    You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

    I am with wordpress.com and have been using that to log into and manage my website for the past 3 years.I am the administrator. Now it won’t let me in.

    Its like I am being held hostage and can’t find any support.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin. Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs. A wordpress.COM account is required to run the Jetpack plugin, but we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums. Please direct Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
