I can’t log into my account or change my password

Hi there,
My company has a WordPress account as their main blog and I am having trouble accessing it. I am in (VartechNation) on a daily basis and typically have no problems with logging in to edit and write content, but today is a different circumstance for some reason.When I go to type in my login info and enter the site, it loads for a bit and then nothing happens. I stay on the login page. When I try to change the password, it doesn’t let me do so because it says ‘Could Not Save Password Reset Key to Database.’ Please help me figure out what’s going on, because I have deadlines to make for stories and blog posts.

Let’s look into this. First, does this issue persist if you try to log in on a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox? You can also use these steps to clear the cache of the browser that you’re using: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache. If this is a recent issue, it sounds like there could be a browser issue at play here.

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://susaneb.wordpress.com/.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access https://susaneb.wordpress.com/ to modify it or post.
