I can't log into my blog-Issue with password

  On the first note, I find it really inconvenient that there is no way I can contact support without going into the forums. The problem IS my log in and password, and no one can get into forums without it either. So I had to literally make another account to even speak with anyone here.

  Are there any other options in case this happens again?

  Secondly, I have been logging in with my password for a little more than a year now and I haven’t had any problems until I got a new computer. I tried to log in, and the password I was certain was correct no longer works anymore. I even tried to spell it differently (“correctly”).

  I tried to ‘Lost your password?” and I tried entering entering my email and another time entered my username. It kept saying check your email address linked to account for the confirmation. Including the spam or junk folder.

  I haven’t received any emails for two hours. I’ve been checking everywhere. I haven’t changed my email (according to my knowledge). I hope my account hasn’t been shut down or anything like that. But wouldn’t you send an email if that occurred?

  @soratothamaxblog, if you’re still having trouble getting in, can you fill out the account recovery page here?

  I’ve verified the emails were received by your mail server, along with notifications for several blog posts. You might check to see whether you’re filtering them.

  The problem with Account Recovery is that I can’t verify it’s mine. I don’t have an authentication code and I don’t even know how to get one, I haven’t purchased anything in a long time, and I no longer have the activation code because that was way back in 2009 or 2010.

  But thanks for the advice about my email. I’ll check with it. Thank you for responding.
