I can’t log into my site

  Hi, please help.

  I tried to log into my website http://www.rachelemilytaylor.co.uk with my username last night, and I got locked out.

  I tried to reset my password and now I still can’t access my site, but strangely, a really old site (curioushouse.wordpress.com) is only coming up as an option.

  When I try and log into my site http://www.rachelemilytaylor.co.uk, it says this email is not the log in – but it is.

  Please help me access my site.

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using rachelemilytaylor.co.uk/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
