Help I can’t log into my site or access the email account associated with it!
Here’s the sequence of events that led to this
1 – I bought a domain on GoDaddy
2- Bought WordPress.com personal.3. According to instructions from wordpress, I changed the NS records of my domain to wordpress
3 – I also bought a Google Workplace subscription for email.
4 – Since changing the NS record, the email no longer works. When I try to reconnect, it takes me to the website login whicjh I can’t access either. (see below)
5 – I also can no longer log into the wordpress admin because I lost the password (I know, I know) and the reset process sends a link to the email I can’t open anymore.Any recommendations on how I can get into the website to troubleshoot the email access? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, the synergy-psych.com domain is pointed at a site hosted here with the Personal Plan, but does not have any content on it.
Did you set up a site at Godaddy and purchase the Google Workspace through them? I do not see any subscription for Google Workspace purchased through us.
If that is the case, you need to contact Godaddy and have then change the name servers on the domain back to the Godaddy name servers in order to access the site there.
There are two types of WordPress site, those hosted here at WordPress.com, and those that are self-hosted on different web hosts.
WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
We do provide managed hosting here at WordPress.com, which included 24/7 live chat and email support, and also take care of the backend things like updates, and continually monitor for security issues. We also do backups of your site daily, and if something should go wrong, such as a plugin causing your site to go down, those backups can be restored with just a few clicks.
If you would be interested in moving your site over to WordPress.com hosting we are happy to discuss your options on that.
For the other site at Godaddy though, we cannot help with that one since we do not have any connection to it. It is best to contact Godaddy.
