I can’t log into my site to make changes

  I went to my site pages this morning to make changes to my author site. I was logged out, so I logged in using my stored credentials (username & pw). When I logged in, it told me I didn’t have any sites on WordPress yet (!). This contact form says my site is linked to another account (?). I’m concerned my author site has been hacked maybe. How do I regain control over this site? WordPress staff, please help!

  It sounds like you might have had another WordPress.com, and used the credentials to log in to the incorrect one.

  If you could share the address of the site you’re trying to access, we’d be able to advise better. Thanks!
