I can’t log into my store

    I am having issues trying to log into my shop. The shop name is carolinabeadshop.com. I had to change my username & pwd because of a api error that won’t go away so I had to delete the app. The new user & pwd I wrote down won’t work now for some reason. I need to get into my store I to check my orders. I tried to reset my pwd but the username is not correct either. Thank you, Jill

    Hi Jill, Hi, this is a self-managed copy of WordPress through another host. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.

    And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

    First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:

    As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
