I can’t log into my website admin site any longer

    I make some changes in settings and now I can’t long into my website wp admin page any longer. It’s now telling me my username does not exist. Please help.

    Sorry you had trouble logging in. It would help me understand if you could please tell me what WordPress.com account or what website are you trying to log in to?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like you’re using the open source version of WordPress at another host, as the type of change you describe is not possible on WordPress.com-hosted sites.

    Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with this. They should be able to help you reset your admin account credentials via your hosting control panel, or in the database.
