  Hey! I am having trouble logging into my website. It’s been a while since I’ve tried. The person who made my site was a freelancer from Fiverr. I was hoping you could help me! Thanks!

  Your site bossuptoday.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Contact your host(Hostgator) regarding this issue.
