I can’t login

  I am stuck in a continous loop. I add my password and username, click login and all that happens is my page refreshes. I have tried loginning from jetpack, doesn’t work, I have changed my password, doesn’t do anything, I have enabled and removed the options on jetpack to block malicious login attempts and wordpress login option and nothing changes. Not only that but I sent a normal website link to a client so she knows what product to buy and wordpress logged her in on my profile and she sent a screenshot showing she can access my dashboard. What is wrong and how do I fix this? I use xneelo to host my domain
