I cant login and open the editor

hi,
my domain is traveltozg.cn but i cant log in it with my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). And with this email address, I signed up a wordpress account but im not using it. I bought a domain somewhere else and registered with same email address. I open my site with wordspress but i dont understand why it is not hosted with your services. is it a fake wordpress? And i need to edit the page. thank you.
